25% deposit is required to secure your videography package - in the event of cancellation this is non-refundable.
However, the remainder of any payments can be refunded to you. The remainder is due up to one 1 month before your Wedding date.
Your wedding date cannot be reserved until your first payment has been made.​
Payments can be made by credit/debit card via Stripe, BACS, or GoCardless Direct Debit.

There are no travel costs for our wedding packages if your venue is within 50 miles of BA13.
​​
We ask that couples obtain the necessary permissions from their venue(s) and any musicians or performers to ensure that filming is permitted. There may be additional fees involved in this which would be made payable directly to the relevant parties. Insurance documents and licencing for videography will be provided for venues on request.

Credit/debit card payments are processed with Stripe.
We offer installment plans for all packages, with equal monthly payments.
If you choose an installment plan this is processed by GoCardless Direct Debit.
